Job summary

NIKA is hiring for a Planning and Design Management Support to support our client at Naval Medical Center San Diego (Balboa), CA. The role is contingent upon contract award.

Develop planning documents (SOWs, work scopes, project plans, phasing/relocation plans, design specifications, RFPs, cost estimates) for Minor Projects and consult with FMD and NMCSD staff to identify and prioritize new projects. Submit planning documents to the Government within 21 calendar days of request, with minimal

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering field OR 8 years of construction/engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Develop planning documents (SOWs, work scopes, project plans, phasing/relocation plans, design specifications, RFPs, cost estimates) for Minor Projects.
Consult with FMD and NMCSD staff to develop planning documents and identify/prioritize new projects.
Submit planning documents to the Government within 21 calendar days of request, with minimal rework.
Provide weekly reports of newly identified projects (detailed and complete).
Attend meetings and conduct site visits as required by the Government.
