Job summary

CACI International Inc in Tampa, FL is seeking a Planning Decision Aide System Analyst to support integration of SAPs, STO, and other compartmented capabilities into planning, campaign development, and mission execution.

You will use PDAS tools to assist planning, information sharing, and decision-making, manage sensitive data under security policies, and coordinate secure sessions across teams and locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in operational planning or national security.
  • Experience with SAPs/STO and mission management in classified environments.
  • Experience using secure collaboration systems and planning apps.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations and leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the integration of SAPs, STO, and compartmented capabilities into planning, campaign development, and mission execution activities.
  • Utilize Planning Decision Aide System (PDAS) tools and applications to support planning, coordination, information sharing, and operational decision‑making.
  • Manage, organize, and maintain sensitive operational data, planning products, and mission documentation in accordance with applicable security policies, procedures, and ICD requirements.
  • Facilitate secure collaboration and information exchange among distributed teams, planners, operators, and stakeholders across multiple organizations and locations.
  • Coordinate and manage secure voice, video, and collaboration sessions supporting operational planning, synchronization, and senior leader decision‑making.
  • Develop and maintain planning products, reports, briefings, operational records, and documentation that support mission execution and accountability.
  • Provide technical support and user assistance for PDAS capabilities, workflows, data management processes, and collaboration tools.
  • Coordinate with operational planners, intelligence personnel, technical experts, and mission partners to ensure timely access to information, systems, and planning resources.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience supporting operational planning, Special Access Programs (SAPs), Special Technical Operations (STO), mission management, or national security missions.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing secure collaboration systems, information management tools, knowledge management platforms, or planning support applications within classified environments.
  • Experience managing sensitive operational data, planning documentation, reports, and records in compliance with security and information assurance requirements.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple organizations, support senior leaders, and facilitate operational planning activities in dynamic mission environments.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, National Security Studies, Intelligence Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, Special Operations Forces (SOF), SAP, or compartmented operational environments.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting operational planning, knowledge management, mission synchronization, or decision‑support activities using secure enterprise collaboration systems.

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is

$65,000 - $136,500
