Job summary

MROH is seeking a Planning Analyst to oversee multiple aircraft workscopes and budgets from start to finish. You will ensure task cards are bid and properly loaded into billing codes, and you will coordinate with the Planning Generalist to load workscopes into the MROH ERP system.

You will also develop planning tools to monitor maintenance visits, participate in pre-/post-dock meetings, and collaborate with Production and Commercial teams to provide reliable ETR estimates and smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple aircraft workscopes from start to finish within SOPs and the MROH ERP system.
  • Collaborate with Planning and Production Control Manager, Supervisor and Generalist to identify and account for all aircraft visits.
  • Work with Production and Commercial teams on work scope and flow, changes, and customer requests; provide input for reliable ETR estimates.
  • Set up Pre-Dock and Post Dock meetings to discuss workload, downtime, ETR, lessons learned, materials, and customer feedback.
  • Develop planning tools to monitor maintenance visits and coordinate with production to ensure readiness to complete projects as planned.
  • Coordinate with Production to schedule maintenance tasks relative to aircraft flow time and assist in recovery planning.
  • Validate customer-provided work scope to identify project needs (capabilities, data, tooling, training, materials).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Planning and Production Control Manager.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Planning Analyst is responsible for overseeing multiple aircraft workscopes, and budgets from start to finish. Including but not limited to ensuring new task cards are bid, task cards are loaded in the correct billing task codes, generating and executing pre-dock presentations and meetings, coordinating with the Planning Generalist to ensure received workscopes are loaded into the MROH ERP System and other duties as assigned by the Planning and Production Control Manager.

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage multiple aircraft workscopes from start to finish using established standard operating procedures and ensuring all procedures are implemented. Work within the MROH ERP system.

2. Work closely with the Planning and Production Control Manager, Supervisor and Generalist to ensure all aspects of the aircraft visits are identified and accounted for.

3. Work closely with the Production team and Commercial regarding work scope and flow, work scope changes, customer request items and provide input in providing reliable ETR estimates.

4. Set up and conduct Pre-Dock and Post Dock meetings to discuss workload, down-times, project ETR, lessons learned, materials, and customer concern or feedback.

5. Responsible to develop planning tools to assist in monitoring the status of maintenance visit and coordinating with production team to ensure that the production team has everything necessary to complete the project according to plan.

6. Coordinate with Production team to develop a workable plan for the scheduling of maintenance tasks relative to the span time of the aircraft (Flow Chart). Assist the Production Team in developing recovery plans as necessary.

7. Validate technical review of customer provided work scope to identify project needs. (Including: capabilities, data, tooling, training and materials.)

8. All other duties as assigned by the Planning and Production Control Manager
