EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in production planning, materials management, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Oracle, Omega) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address planning and scheduling challenges.
• Experience with additional tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for reporting and analytics is preferred.
