AAR is seeking a Maintenance Planner to develop and manage long-, mid-, and short-range maintenance projects. The role involves coordinating with customers, assessing requirements, and organizing workloads across aircraft, manpower, and parts to ensure timely repairs and alterations.
You will forecast inventory needs, prepare workload packages, and contribute to overall program efficiency with attention to details and proactive problem-solving.
The Planner is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and reporting on long, medium and short range maintenance division projects.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
