CAE Inc. seeks an Integrated Planning & Control Planner to coordinate material & production planning, ensuring on-time delivery and cost objectives across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and material management teams.
The role requires 3–5 years in planning functions, experience with MRP/ERP, and knowledge of DFAR/MMAS/AS9100. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential for program success.

An Integrated Planning & Control Planner is responsible for coordinating material planning, production planning, and contractual logistics support to ensure operational execution aligns with the program & customer requirements. They analyze demand, develop integrated schedules, manage program inventory levels, and monitor progress to keep plans on track. The role includes coordination across functions i.e.; engineering, manufacturing/production, supply chain, logistics, and material management teams to balance resources, mitigate risks, and support on-time delivery and cost objectives.
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed, including occasional weekends. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc…
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must have ability to sit for long periods of time. May be required to climb stairs. Ability to operate a personal computer and communicate via e-mail/telephone. Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
