CAE USA Inc. in the United States is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Training System Support Center. You will participate in the development, integration, and deployment of training systems, interfaces, and simulation components under the guidance of lead engineers.
The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, debugging, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software within defense and security training environments.

This position is performed in a production team supporting the development, integration, and deployment of training systems. Responsibilities include networking, interfacing with platform simulation applications, software design, troubleshooting, and product level integration. The role works under the general direction of lead engineers, requires minimal supervision, and contributes to the full software implementation lifecycle within the Training System Support Center (TSSC). Engineering solutions must be imaginative, thorough, practical, and consistent with organizational standards and objectives.

Work is primarily performed in a software development or engineering lab environment, with occasional time spent in simulator bays or training device areas.
