K&A Power Group in Plainfield, IN, seeks a Planner II to develop detailed work plans for substation maintenance and construction. You will coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and contractor resources to support planned work, ensuring packages are complete and ready for execution.

The role requires an Associate's degree with industry experience, 2+ years in electric utility planning, and knowledge of scheduling, work management, and resource planning.

• Experience in utility operations, maintenance planning, construction planning, project coordination, or a related field.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, work management, and resource planning principles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• 2+ years of planning experience within the electric utility industry.
• Experience supporting substation maintenance and/or substation construction projects.
• Familiarity with utility work management systems.
• Knowledge of electrical substation equipment, operations, and maintenance practices.
• Experience coordinating field crews, contractors, and project stakeholders.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Attend weekly team meetings at the Plainfield headquarters location.

Pay Range $30—$32.50/hour
