Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules.
• Review and distribute production, work, and shipment schedules.
• Confer with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates.
• Manage inventory levels and solve production problems.
• Create production schedules and prioritize job-orders to optimize production.
• Maintain production schedules and reports.
• Follow-up with teams to expedite material and document flow.
• Complete status reports on production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory.
• Interact with management daily to resolve manufacturing issues.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Skills: Understanding of ERP systems, Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, and proficiency in English.

Experience: 1-3 years in manufacturing and ERP systems preferred.

Physical Demands: Sit (40%), Walk (30%), Stand (20%), Lift (10%), with occasional lifting up to 35 lbs.
