Job summary

Saipem America Inc. seeks a Planner Engineer to lead planning and progress control, ensuring alignment with baselines and contractual deadlines. You will identify deviations, assess time impact, monitor actions, and promote schedule awareness across project teams.

The role covers all project phases from startup to close-out, with a focus on WBS/CBS, risk analysis, and cost control alongside cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• Education in Engineering/Construction/Finance or related field is required.
• 3+ years in planning/scheduling, project controls, or project management.
• Experience with WBS/CBS and cost control techniques is essential.
• Strong Excel, analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules per contract requirements and verify feasibility and criticality.
• Coordinate with functions to define milestones, logic, and baseline documents.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate status to PM and client.
• Support risk management activities and perform schedule risk analyses.
• Maintain 90-day look-ahead schedules and track corrective actions.
• Assist in contract changes/claims with time-impact analysis.
• Support project close-out reports and lessons learned.
