Professional Engineering Consultants (PEC) is seeking a Planner to develop sustainable and functional environments by integrating land use, transportation, policies, and environmental impact. You will communicate plans clearly to a broad range of stakeholders and support community development initiatives.

The role requires strong data analysis, proficiency with ArcGIS and MS Office, and collaboration with local government and project teams to ensure alignment with regional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Community Planning or related field.
• Minimum three years' experience in planning or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret zoning and subdivision regulations for communities.
• Engage with stakeholders and residents to gather input.
• Develop land use plans balancing needs, infrastructure and environment.
• Prepare memos and reports on planning topics and projects.
• Coordinate with government officials, engineers and builders.
• Present findings to officials and community groups.
