Job summary

Galaxy Technologies is seeking a Planner to join our growing team. Our Planners create tool-build plans on basic tools and complete complex plans with the assistance of a Senior Planner.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in tooling manufacturing, familiarity with materials and processes, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills to thrive in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Tooling Manufacturing.
• Familiar with material and outside processes.
• Good analytical skills and ability to develop manufacturing plans.
• Good communicator willing to work in a team environment.
• Must have basic knowledge of software including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic Global Shop Solutions functions.
• Copy data into job routers and general data entry in Global Shop.
• Review and analyze models in Catia V5 and Pro E.
• Understand Bill of materials and basic understanding of various materials used in tooling.
• Understand basic manufacturing techniques and apply them to a tool to develop start to finish build plan.

Salary Range: $27.00 To $35.00 Hourly

Galaxy Technologies is currently seeking a Planner to join our growing team! Our Planners create tool-build plans on basic tools and complete complex plans with the assistance of a Senior Planner. Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Perform basic Global Shop Solutions functions

Copy data into job routers and general data entry in Global Shop

Review and analyze models in Catia V5 and Pro E
