Job summary

Prosum is seeking a highly organized Sales and Operations Planning Analyst to translate demand into actionable production plans and coordinate cross-functional execution. This role will provide analysis to support business decisions and operational objectives at our onsite San Antonio location.

The ideal candidate will develop forecasts, collaborate with Sales, Production, and Finance, and maintain tight alignment with customer commitments. Proficiency in Excel and SAP/ERP/CRM is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of planning, production planning or supply chain planning experience.
• Experience in semiconductor industry or fabless environment preferred.
• Experience working with customers or customer-facing teams.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with SAP/ERP/CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales forecast plans based on orders, demand and requirements.
• Translate forecasts into production planning, including capacity and material needs.

Planner Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales forecast plans based on customer orders, demand, and business requirements.

• Translate sales forecasts into production planning requirements, including capacity-based production starts and raw material plans.

• Partner with Sales, Customer Support, Operations, Business Units, Production, Procurement, and Finance to execute forecasts and support business objectives.

• Establish priorities and develop build-to-forecast plans to support customer commitments and demand requirements.

• Prepare reports, analyses, forecasts, and comparisons to provide management with timely and accurate business insights.

• Monitor forecast execution and identify opportunities, risks, and gaps that may impact production plans or customer commitments.

• Maintain effective communication and collaboration across multiple functional organizations.

• Support ongoing planning and operational initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Industrial Engineering or a related technical field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in planning, production planning, supply chain planning, or a related function.

• Experience in the semiconductor industry, semiconductor manufacturing, or a fabless semiconductor environment preferred.

• Experience working directly with customers or customer-facing teams.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

• Experience working with enterprise business systems such as SAP, ERP, and/or CRM platforms.

• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Sales and operations planning (S&OP) experience.

• Production forecasting and capacity planning experience.

• Experience translating demand forecasts into production or supply requirements.

• Experience analyzing operational data and presenting findings to management.
