Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Midland, TX is seeking a Planner/Scheduler I to support maintenance and construction planning and scheduling. You will plan activities, schedule work, and coordinate with field personnel to ensure safe, efficient execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, comfort leading group discussions (MS Teams), proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with WOs/POs and SAP processes; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, maintenance, or construction environments.
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred but training provided.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are highly preferred.
• Comfort speaking and leading discussions in group settings (MS Teams).

Our client, an energy and industrial services organization, is seeking a Planner/Scheduler I to join their team. As a Planner/Scheduler I, you will be part of the ORCMLC_00484|Midland Century Plaza|Texas team supporting maintenance and construction planning and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset, the ability to lead discussions in group settings, and a detail-oriented, analytical approach that helps drive accurate work planning across stakeholders.

What's the Job?

• Plan and schedule maintenance and construction activities to support safe, efficient execution.

What's Needed?

• Experience in planning, scheduling, maintenance, or construction environments is preferred.

• Oil and gas industry experience is preferred but not required.

• SAP experience is preferred but not required, as internal SAP processes will be provided through training.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are highly preferred.

• Comfort speaking and leading discussions in group settings, including MS Teams calls with 5-6 or more participants.
