Job summary

The Salvation Army Indiana Division is seeking a Planned Giving professional to identify, cultivate, solicit, secure and steward individual prospects for planned gifts. You will work with donors, volunteers and staff to advance fundraising campaigns and achieve priorities for the division.

Responsibilities include developing solicitation plans, building relationships, and managing a portfolio of donors while ensuring stewardship and reporting requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree considered.
• Minimum five years in fundraising or related fields.
• Experience with major and planned gift donors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward donors for planned gifts.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to implement campaigns.
• Develop solicitation plans and donor cultivation materials.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of 125–150 planned giving donors.
