Qualifications

• Certified teaching degree in appropriate field.
• Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience.
• Experience with informal learning experiences and camp settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging movies and planetarium shows for diverse general public audiences.
• Lead informal learning experiences with content creation and delivery (public events, summer camps).
• Work flexible hours and weekends as required.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Director of the James E. Richmond Science Center.
• Collaborate with the science center staff to support weekend and evening programs.
• Open, operate and close the JER Science Center during nights and weekends.
