Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Analyst, Plan Testing to support Commercial plan testing by interpreting client intent and validating designs through ACAS-based testing. This role requires collaboration across teams and expertise in ACAS and related platforms to ensure accurate testing before claim release.

You will design test strategies, guide testers on execution, and drive improvements in testing efficiency and coverage while analyzing defects and trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with the ACAS platform and knowledge of medical benefit design and claims adjudication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Review client benefit intent and translate into testing guidance for plan testers.
• Design test strategies, plans, and scenarios to validate plan behavior.
• Instruct testers on executing plan testing and confirming claims outcomes.
• Research testing issues and determine next steps to resolve defects.
• Log defects and coordinate with contacts to resolve issues.
• Guide testers and resolve questions throughout testing.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze defect trends and adjust test strategies as needed.
