Job summary

Primoris Gas Operations is seeking a Plan and Profile Utility Locator to perform engineering locates across multiple utility types, including water, sewer, telecoms, cable, fiber, gas and power. The role requires driving and the ability to interpret maps, records, and One Call system rules, while supporting other divisions as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or GED and experience in utility locating, with strong communication skills and the ability to lift 25 pounds regularly;

Qualifications

• Experience performing utility locates and reading utility maps/records.
• Familiarity with One Call System rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs safe and accurate underground utility locates across water, sewer, telecoms, cable, fiber, gas and power.
• Maintains high standards in quality and quantity of locating work and prevents damage to customer facilities.
• Coordinates workload and communicates with supervisors, contractors, and customers.
