Job summary

Primoris Gas Operations is seeking a Plan and Profile Utility Locator in Denver, CO. The role involves performing engineering locates for water, sewer, telecom, cable, fiber, gas and power, while assisting other team members and prioritizing safety and efficiency.

You will work to prevent damage to customer facilities, read maps, and communicate clearly with contractors and customers. A valid driver’s license and basic locating knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Utility locating experience is required.
• Knowledge/experience in Subsurface Utility (SUE) is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret utility maps and records.
• Strong communication skills with contractors, vendors and customers.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and accurate underground utility locates (water, sewer, telecoms, cable, fiber, gas, power).
• Maintain high quality and quantity standards in locating work.
• Help prevent damage to customer facilities by using best practices.
• Coordinate and manage assigned work volumes effectively.
• Represent the company professionally with stakeholders and crews.
