P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking an adaptable team member to perform plan-o-gram work in a Kroger store in Paducah, KY on a weekly rotation.

You will read plan-o-grams, gather new item tags and prepare the section for resets, ensuring shelves are accurately updated. The role requires physical endurance, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and a customer-focused, independent work style with strong attention to safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• English proficiency required.
• Smartphone with data access required for app usage.
• Provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams and collect new item tags.
• Prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Re-position shelving and place product per updated schematic.
• Clean up work area and report completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision; be professional with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Comply with KOMPASS guidelines on timeliness, productivity, and teamwork.
• Practice safe lifting and adhere to safety guidelines.
