Jobot is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Northwest Office in Spokane, WA. The role focuses on whistleblower, personal injury, mass torts, and related civil litigation, offering a path to impactful, high-stakes cases.

The position requires a WA license, 1+ year litigation experience, and strong written and oral communication. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Washington required.
• At least one year of experience in litigation.
• Detail oriented and organized, able to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and analyzing complex documents.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and complex motions.
• Perform legal research.
• Make court appearances as necessary.
• Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases.
