Job summary

A growing Southern California boutique law firm is seeking a California-barred Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its plaintiff-side practice in a full-time hybrid role.

You will independently manage a workers' compensation caseload, attend court, conduct depositions, pursue TTD, PPD and medical treatment benefits, negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel, and work closely with a dedicated support team; there are no billable-hour requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a workers' compensation caseload.
• Attend court and conduct depositions.
• Pursue Temporary Total Disability (TTD), Partial Permanent Disability (PPD), and medical treatment benefits.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
• Work closely with a dedicated support team.
• No billable hour requirements.
