We Are Legal Revolution in Chicago is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to lead wage-and-hour class action matters on the plaintiff side. You will build cases from ground up, handle motions, and coordinate with experts and co-counsel to advance resolutions.

Qualifications

• JD + strong academics: Top 25% from a Top-30 law school (or comparably high standing from another school).
• 4–10 years of plaintiff class action litigation experience (wage & hour preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build cases from the ground up (policy/pay-practice analysis, time/record audits, damages modeling).
• Draft and argue key motions (cert./decert., summary judgment, approval).
• Work with experts and co-counsel; manage discovery and depositions; drive resolutions.
