Job summary

Brach Eichler LLC is seeking a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing and dynamic practice in New Jersey. This hands-on role manages a full caseload from intake through resolution, including drafting and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in trials.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience, NJ Bar admission (NY Bar a plus), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of law firm experience in personal injury litigation.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required); admission to the New York Bar is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases independently.
• Demonstrated work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on opportunity to manage a full caseload from intake through resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000+, with exact compensation determined based on individual qualifications. In addition, attorneys may be eligible for referral fees and a discretionary performance bonus.
