The candidate should have 1–3 years of personal injury experience, a Texas license, and a passion for client service. You will handle cases through all stages, from intake to resolution, and work with a team to develop effective strategies.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed in Texas and in good standing.
• 1 year of experience in personal injury litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a heavy caseload from intake to resolution.
• Conduct comprehensive case evaluations to assess merits.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and file with court.
• Perform discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements.
• Maintain complete documentation for all cases.
• Stay current on personal injury developments and trends.
