Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with a benefits package.
• Bar admission in good standing is required.
• Experience in plaintiff personal injury preferred.
• Discovery and motion experience strongly valued.
• Open to various experience levels from new grads to mid-level.

Responsibilities

• Handle discovery, including drafting and responding to requests.
• Assist with motion practice and training.
• Travel nationally for depositions and trials.
• Build strong rapport with clients throughout litigation.
• Support trial preparation as needed.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on caseload.
