We are hiring two Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorneys to work remotely within the Greater Miami Area. With over $1 billion won for our clients in 20 years, our firm specializes in personal injury cases such as slip and fall, auto accidents, wrongful death, and more. We foster a family-like culture emphasizing work/life balance and an open environment. We seek experienced PI Attorneys to handle cases from pre-litigation to active litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from intake to settlement or trial
• Handle complex injury cases
• Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
• Respond to discovery, motions, and participate in jury trials
• Supervise and collaborate with a full-time paralegal assistant

Qualifications

• 2-7+ years of legal experience, preferably in personal injury
• J.D. Degree or equivalent
• Bar certification in FL
• Experience with pleadings, depositions, discovery, motions, and trials
• Proficiency in case-management software
