Job summary

Fraser Stryker is seeking a Plaintiff Paralegal to support multiple attorneys in all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to manage case files efficiently and contribute to trial preparation.

The role emphasizes document management, pleadings and discovery, trial preparation, and collaboration within a dynamic team to ensure high-quality legal services for clients.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of experience in plaintiff litigation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or similar field; or an Associate’s Degree and a Paralegal Certificate.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Professional confidentiality and time management.

Responsibilities

• Document Management – Collect, analyze, organize, and summarize legal documents and case materials.
• Pleadings & Discovery – Prepare pleadings, draft and respond to interrogatories, and assist with other discovery requests.
• Trial Preparation – Assist in locating and preparing witnesses for trial, including scheduling and conducting interviews
• Exhibit Organization – Obtain and organize trial exhibits to ensure attorneys have all necessary materials for court proceedings
• Team Collaboration – Work effectively with attorneys and support staff to ensure a seamless litigation process.

Your Role

• Document Management – Collect, analyze, organize, and summarize legal documents and case materials;

• Trial Preparation – Assist in locating and preparing witnesses for trial, including scheduling and conducting interviews;

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Three to four year’s experience in plaintiff litigation
