You will work one-on-one with assigned attorneys, drafting pleadings, managing case files, and coordinating discovery and investigations to move cases forward efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plaintiff litigation experience.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed (which is rarely).

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and discovery documents.
• Manage case files, including electronic discovery review and production.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
