Job summary

Greenberg Gross LLP in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced paralegal to support a high-stakes litigation practice. You will work one-to-one with an assigned attorney, drafting pleadings, managing case files, and coordinating discovery.

The role requires 3+ years of plaintiff litigation experience, proficiency with legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and MS Office, plus strong organization and communication. Occasional overtime and travel may be needed, with rare instances.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plaintiff litigation experience, employment litigation experience a plus.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed (rare).

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting pleadings and discovery.
• Manage case files and electronic discovery, including document review and production.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain accurate calendars, timekeeping, and perform other assigned tasks.
