Job summary

Fraser Stryker is hiring a Plaintiff Paralegal to support multiple attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services across all phases of litigation in Omaha, Nebraska.

The role requires 3–4 years of plaintiff-litigation experience, a Paralegal degree or equivalent, and strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include document management, pleadings and discovery, trial preparation, and exhibit organization, with collaborative teamwork across the legal team.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of experience in plaintiff litigation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or an Associate’s Degree plus Paralegal Certificate.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with attorneys, colleagues and clients.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management.
• Maintain strict confidentiality with all sensitive information in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal research software, document management systems and other online tools.

Responsibilities

• Document management: Collect, analyze, organize and summarize legal documents and case materials.
• Pleadings & Discovery: Prepare pleadings, draft and respond to interrogatories, and assist with other discovery requests.
• Trial Preparation: Assist in locating and preparing witnesses for trial, including scheduling and conducting interviews.
• Exhibit Organization: Obtain and organize trial exhibits for court proceedings.
• Team Collaboration: Work with attorneys and support staff to ensure a seamless litigation process.
