Job summary

gpac LLC is seeking a Plaintiff Asbestos Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join a growing team in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This role focuses on mesothelioma litigation and hands-on experience in court appearances and hearings.

The candidate will manage a caseload of 10-15 cases across jurisdictions, travel as needed, and have opportunities for advancement within a collaborative setting that values written advocacy and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Plaintiff Products Liability/Catastrophic Injury experience.
• Asbestos case management preferred.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Caseload: 10-15 cases in various jurisdictions across the country.
• Travel as required for hearings and depositions.
• 100% Mesothelioma focus.
• Attend court appearances and hearings.
• Attain experience through a Joint Capacity if needed to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Caseload: 10-15 cases in various jurisdictions across the country
• Will need to travel
• 100% Mesothelioma
• Attend court appearances and hearings
• Attorneys without Trial Capacity will attend in a Joint Capacity to learn and grow

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Plaintiff Products Liability/Catastrophic Injury experience
• Asbestos case management preferred
• Trial experience preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state
