Job summary

Manpower Maine in Bangor, ME is seeking a Community Outreach Specialist to travel statewide, engage diverse communities, and support agricultural workers and families. The role offers a temp-to-hire path with a pay range of $20–$22 per hour and a schedule of Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm with evening and weekend events as needed.

You will maintain participant records, conduct outreach and job development, and collaborate with employers and agencies to create training opportunities.

• Participate in case management meetings and provide updates on participant progress.
• Represent the organization and communicate program requirements and goals.
