Job summary

Flogistix Lp in Haslet, TX is seeking a Plunger Lift Sales & Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on selecting, installing, and servicing plunger lift systems to optimize oil and gas production.

The position requires field sales and service duties, with emphasis on safe operations and customer communication. Outdoor work and physical stamina are expected, along with MS Office proficiency; automation experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sales and service of plunger lift and related products to E&P companies
• Ensure safe oil and gas production operations compliant with OSHA and local policies
• Determine best product for well optimization and solutions
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Communicate with clients, management and team clearly and professionally
• Perform simple math, have mechanical aptitude, and good English writing
• Work outside in varying weather conditions and handle physical workload
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Automation experience is a plus

Job Details: Job Location: TX-HASLET - Haslet, TX 76052, We are seeking a Plunger Lift Sales & Service Representative to become an integral part of our team! This position is located in Haslet, TX

Job Summary:

The Plunger Lift Sales & Service representative will select, install and perform duties using plunger lift, automation, and related equipment to optimize oil and gas well production.

Description:

• Full-Time, Non-Supervisory Role

Responsibilities:

• Primary function: Sales and Service of plunger lift and related products to E&P companies
• Demonstrated knowledge of safe oil and gas production operations and compliance of OSHA and other local regulatory policies and procedures
• Determine best product for well optimization and solutions
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Clearly communicate with clients, management, and team members with a positive and professional attitude
• Must be able to perform simple mathematic calculations, have good mechanical aptitude, and reasonable English writing skills
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical workload including lifting 75 lbs., and standing, bending for potentially 12 hours per day
• Demonstrated work experience and a proficiency of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point
• Automation experience a plus

Qualifications:

• Previous experience of at least 3 years oil/gas production experience with a focus on plunger lift operations, optimization, maintenance, and gas lift operations
• Familiarity with artificial lift methodologies
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
• Valid and current Driver’s License

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED, Technical certification,
• Must have U.S. work authorization
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug/alcohol tests
• Subject to driving history and criminal background check
