ROLEThe Plunger Lift Sales and Service Representative position supports two product lines: Plunger Lift Systems and ReStream Solutions. This position is responsible for developing new business, exceeding customer service expectations & growing the company customer base while creating value for the customer. On the sales side, the representative manages the daily activities of the assigned territory in a way that promotes company growth. On the service side, the representative delivers, installs, commissions, maintains, and troubleshoots both plunger lift and ReStream equipment in the field, ensuring reliable equipment performance and data quality. Success in this role requires excellent customer service skills both inside and outside the organization, along with the technical aptitude to support customers across both product lines.The job duties herein describe essential functions of the position. The individual should be able to perform these essential functions with or without requested reasonable accommodations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPLUNGER LIFT SALES AND SERVICEDevelop strong customer relationships. It requires working on rig sites where surface areas are often muddy or slippery. It also requires working around heavy machinery, mechanical equipment with moving parts and electrical equipment as well as exposure to loud noises and contaminants.
