Tally Personnel, LLC is seeking a Plunger Lift Sales and Service Representative in Colorado to develop new business, manage the territory, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

RoleThe Plunger Lift Sales and Service Representative position is responsible for developing new business, exceeding customer service expectations & growing the company customer base while creating value for the customer. The Plunger Lift Sales and Service Representative managing the daily activities of the territory that promotes growth of the company and must provide excellent customer service skills inside and outside the organization.The job duties herein describe essential functions of the position. Additionally, regular attendance and punctuality are essential to the success of the position. The individual should be able to perform these essential functions with or without requested reasonable accommodations.Essential FunctionsDevelops strong customer relationships. Identifies sales opportunities that will generate future sales and repeat business through direct prospecting, following leads, and networking.Achieves sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction; researches and provides forecasting for sales activities in the assigned sales territory or account.Effectively uses sales tools and processes to promote an efficient and effective sales processDeliver presentations for field or engineering teams, as well as help with troubleshooting customers wellsResponds to customer concerns about the company and its products. Works with internal resources to solve customer issues and service quality.Prepare Tally equipment and tools for shipment to customer locationsDeliver equipment and tools to location and complete corresponding BOLsAfter delivery, educate the customer and 3rd party service companies on proper techniques and SOPsUpon job completion, complete Field Tickets and return all unused tools/equipment to the shop.Manage inventory of equipment, tools, and parts, including maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular physical counts, and coordinating restocking to ensure product availability for customer needs.Provide customer location visits to ensure products and services meet with customer’s expectations.Provide excellent customer service to clients and to other team membersPromote and strictly adhere to all Company HSE policies and practices.Conduct all business activities in accordance with company code of conduct, policies and procedures and all applicable legal requirements.Perform other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.Qualifications & RequirementsHS/GEDValid drivers licenseExperience in Oil and Gas Industry preferredStrong data entry and reporting skillsAvailable after hours/weekends/holidays on periodic basisLocal travel required, travel outside of state on periodic basis for trainingSkills, Abilities & Work StyleWilling to dedicate the time and effort to learn the skills required for position.Demonstrated capacity to communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders (employees, clients and vendors) at multiple levels.Capable of understanding and responding effectively to client/vendor/internal inquiries or requests on day-to-day activities.Skilled at training others in tasks pertaining to the specific job or being seen as key reference for job.Committed to contributing to Company's success through on-the-job performance.Work Environment & Physical DemandsThis position requires working primarily in the field in all types of weather conditions. It requires working on rig sites where surface areas are often muddy or slippery. It also requires working around heavy machinery, mechanical equipment with moving parts and electrical equipment as well as exposure to loud noises and contaminants. The employee is regularly required to operate vehicles on company business and drive long distances on company business.The physical demands described here are representative of the requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
