Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC is seeking a PKI Operations Administrator to manage enterprise IAM and PKI systems, ensuring secure, available identity services.

You will perform certificate issuance and renewal, monitoring, patching, incident response, and lifecycle maintenance while collaborating with cybersecurity, sysadmins, network engineers, and stakeholders. TS/SCI clearance is required or preferred for engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PKI environment experience in cybersecurity or enterprise operations
• Experience administering Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS)
• Operational support activities: monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security systems
• Experience supporting CA operations, maintenance and sustainment
• Certificate lifecycle management: issuance, renewal, revocation, automation
• Documenting operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance activities
• Knowledge of certificate policies, structures, and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of Linux systems administration and asymmetric cryptography concepts
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing administration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IAM and PKI systems
• Perform certificate issuance and renewal, access support, system health monitoring, patching
• Provide incident response support and lifecycle maintenance for IAM and PKI platforms
• Assist with process improvement, automation, and operational documentation
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, system administrators, network engineers, and stakeholders
