Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned IT consulting and management firm, seeks a senior security professional to plan and lead major technology assignments across DoD/IC environments. You will evaluate performance results, recommend major changes and supervise others as needed.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's or 8+ years with a Master's, Security+ certification, active TS/SCI with willingness to obtain a CI Poly, and strong cloud and digital

Job description

Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. May supervise others.

• 10+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or 8+ year of relevant experience and a Master’s degree
• Security+ certification
• Proficient Cloud computing experience.
• Proficient Digital security experience.
• Must have an Active TS/SCI; willingness to obtain a CI Poly.

Required skills

• Principal technologies: Java, Java Persistence API (JPA), Java Web Services (JAX-RS), Java Cryptography Extension (JCE), Hibernate, Spring, JavaScript, Apache Ant, Apache HTTPD, and Apache Tomcat

• Databases: Apache Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and OracleDB
• Platforms: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, 8, and 9, with an understanding of FIPS mode, SELinux, firewall daemon (firewalld), file access policy daemon (fapolicyd), and basic system administration
• Must be able to obtain a privileged user access account (PUA).
