Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is looking for a PKI/Local Registration Authority (LRA) Specialist to provide token support in a classified environment in Arlington, VA. In this role, you will manage PKI tokens for users, train Trusted Agents, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong customer service background with skills in IT documentation and public key infrastructure operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years directly supporting help desk operations or customer service.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Active Secret clearance required at time of interview.

Responsibilities

• Create, issue, and manage PKI tokens for users.
• Train Trusted Agents and ensure annual training is current.
• Provide technical support for LRA token issues.
