Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) in Arlington, VA, seeks a PKI/LRA Specialist to provide token support in a classified environment and interface with end users and senior staff on-site. You will manage PKI tokens, registrations, and enrollments for 1,000+ users, and maintain logs for audits, while applying DoD and Army cybersecurity policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years directly supporting help desk operations or customer service.
• Experience with intermediate-level Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• SharePoint experience is a plus for maintaining the team’s site/page.
• Active Secret clearance required at time of interview.
• Active/current CompTIA Security+ ce.
• DISA PKI (LRA/RA/KRA) certificate within 3 months of start.
• Computing environment certification (e.g., Microsoft Windows Operating System Security). If hired with only Security+ ce, obtain Windows cert within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Create, issue, and manage PKI tokens for Trusted Agents and end users.
• Handle registrations, certificate enrollments, and token issuance for 1,000+ users in a classified environment.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant DoD and Army cybersecurity and PKI policies.
• Train Trusted Agents and maintain an updated list of TAs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LRA token issues; respond to inquiries by various channels.
• Maintain trouble tickets with detailed notes and resolutions within SLAs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of LRA processes, guidelines, regulations, and compliance.
