Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex technical projects, preferably in cybersecurity or PKI programs.
• Familiarity with PKI systems in a DoD/DAF environment.
• Experience in quality assurance and configuration control for technical products.
• Scheduling experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Ability to track contract funding and provide analytical reporting.
• Strong leadership coordinating diverse teams within a structured framework.
• Security clearance eligibility to Secret, by contract start date.
• Location: San Antonio, TX, with potential on-site support.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Program Oversight: act as the secondary representative for the AF PKI contract.
• Quality and Configuration Control for all products and services
• Develop a systematic management process to support PWS requirements.
• Plan COOP and ensure uninterrupted essential functions.
• Represent AF PKI in DoD/AF meetings; ensure prepared contractor presence.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
