Job summary

SAIC in Springfield, VA is hiring a PKI Analyst for a 100% on-site role supporting a (DoS) Vanguard program. Duties include PKI Registration Authority, end-user support, training, and documentation within ICAM. The shift transitions to overnight after training, with travel 0–10%.

Requirements include an AA degree or equivalent, familiarity with Active Directory, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Target salary range is $60,001 to $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• AA degree or HS with 5 years of experience required.
• Experience with PKI or DoS environments a plus.
• Effective communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PKI Registration Authority for creating, recovering, and revoking PKI credentials.
• Provide customer service and support PKI-related services at DT IT Mart for walk-in customers.
• Conduct face-to-face user validation for PKI certificates issuance and training end users on PKI hardware/software.
• Issue Smart Cards containing PKI certificates; provide telephony support for PKI.
• Maintain documentation and training materials; update installation and user guides.
• Support deployment activities and maintain the PKI deployment project plan; coordinate logistics.
• Travel worldwide 0–10% to diplomatic facilities and other locations for end-user peripherals installation.
