Job summary

Information Security Corporation, an SAIC company, is seeking a PKI Software Support specialist to back multiple PKI software projects and provide off-site customer support. You will work closely with local support, sales, and R&D teams, as well as headquarters staff in Oak Park, IL, to ensure successful deployments.

The role requires strong PKI knowledge, Windows/Linux administration, TLS and TLS issues, and experience with HSMs. U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and 2+ years experience; Masters and 0 years related experience.
• Customer technical: 3 years (Preferred)
• In-depth PKI and security concepts with PKI software administration on Windows and Linux
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for bottlenecks
• Familiarity with configuring hardware security modules (HSMs)
• Admin experience with Tomcat/JBoss and TLS troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Oracle, HSQL, or PostgreSQL databases
• Hands-on experience configuring Cisco/Aruba networking devices
• Windows and Linux familiarity and administration
• U.S. citizenship with clear background check
• TS/SCI security clearance

The successful candidate will be involved in supporting multiple software projects and provide off-site customer support, while working closely with the local support/sales/R&D teams, as well as headquarters staff in Oak Park, IL. Candidate must reside in the Chicago or Washington, DC area.

Qualifications

• Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experience
• Customer technical: 3 years (Preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of PKI and security-related concepts , with significant experience in the administration and configuration of PKI software on Windows and Linux
• Above average oral and written communications skills with a demonstrated aptitude for communicating effectively with fellow employees and customers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and troubleshoot hardware and software bottlenecks
• Familiarity with configuring hardware security modules (HSMs)
• Admin experience with Apache Tomcat and/or Red Hat JBoss including experience troubleshooting TLS issues
• Knowledge of database configuration/management using Oracle, HSQL, or PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience configuring Cisco and/or Aruba networking devices
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux usage and administration
• A working knowledge of current ISC products would be a definite plus!
• U.S. citizenship (with clear background check)
• TS/SCI security clearance
