Job summary

SAIC is seeking a PKI Analyst to support a Department of State Vanguard program. The role is 100% onsite in Springfield, VA, with an overnight shift after a training period and a Wednesday–Monday schedule.

You will serve as PKI Registration Authority, issue PKI credentials and smart cards, train end users, and maintain PKI-related documentation. U.S. citizenship and an active clearance are required.

Qualifications

• AA degree and three (3) years of experience.
• Familiarity with Active Directory; experience installing, configuring, and managing AD is highly desirable.
• Interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate effectively, and excellent written and oral communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PKI Registration Authority (RA) for PKI credentials for OpenNet and ClassNet systems.
• Provide customer service and PKI-related support at DT IT Mart for walk-in customers; validate users and issue PKI certificates.
• Issue Smart Cards containing PKI certificates and train end users in PKI hardware and software.
• Maintain training and procedural documentation; update user guides and train LRAs and security officers.
• Support deployment activities; maintain deployment plans, coordinate logistics, and travel worldwide as required (0-10%).
