Trinity Basin Preparatory, Inc - South Campus in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Instructional Aide PK4 to support learning experiences for early students. Starting date is immediate with a salary of $25,000, commensurate with experience, for the 26-27 school year.

Under supervision of the principal, you will plan and deliver instruction, monitor progress, and collaborate with teachers to foster a positive school environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Educational Aide certification required.
• Must meet Highly Qualified status.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan and prepare instructional activities, materials, and assessments.
• Provide instruction in whole group, small group, and one-to-one settings.
• Conduct guided reading, monitor progress, and maintain student data.
• Maintain student lists and reports for leadership review.
• Collaborate with teachers to create a conducive learning environment.
• Manage behavior per district policy and campus rules.
• Support staff and aides in various settings (SpEd, ESL, etc.).
• Monitor students during arrival, dismissal, and class periods.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Participate in staff development and extracurricular activities.
