Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of people.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for communications.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions.
• Ability to handle problems with multiple variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare instructional activities, materials, and assessments.
• Provide small or one-to-one instruction in inclusion and pullout settings.
• Conduct guided reading and monitor student progress.
• Maintain student lists and reports as required.
• Collaborate with teachers to optimize the learning environment.
• Manage student behavior in line with codes and campus procedures.
• Coordinate with support staff (SpEd, ESL, TAG, RTI).
• Attend to students in various settings and maintain confidentiality.
