Trinity Basin Preparatory, Inc. on the Pafford Campus in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Instructional Aide PK4. Starting immediately, this full-time role supports certified teachers with classroom activities and learning centers for 26-27 school year.

Salary is $25,000 plus commensurate with experience. Under supervision of the Principal, the aide assists with guided reading, progress monitoring, behavior management, and data collection while fostering a positive learning environment and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Educational Aide certification required.
• Must meet Highly Qualified status.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares instructional activities, materials, learning centers, and assessments.
• Provides whole group, small group, and/or one-to-one instruction in inclusion and pullout settings.
• Conducts guided reading sessions and maintains related student data.
• Maintains student lists, tracking forms, and informational reports as required by administration.
• Collaborates with the classroom teacher to create a conducive learning environment.
• Manages student behavior according to policies and campus procedures.
• Works with support staff (SpEd, ESL, TAG, RTI) as needed.
• Monitors students during class, drop-off, and pickup times.
• Maintains confidentiality of student information.
