Job summary

Ector County Independent School District in Odessa, Texas is seeking a Prekindergarten Instructional Aide to support the PK teacher in the classroom under the principal’s supervision. Responsibilities

• Assist the PK teacher in carrying out the prescribed program for each student
• Exercise initiative in developing creative activities to supplement learning
• Be familiar with classroom materials and assist with grading and recording scores
• Assist in preparing work materials and operating school equipment
• Assist in keeping orderly files and maintaining classroom order
• Assist in supervision of students and duties as assigned by the principal
