Zusammenfassung

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Spring Co-Op to join the Bioanalytical Sciences group in the Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics department at the Ridgefield, CT facility. The role focuses on using microflow liquid chromatography to improve PK assay throughput and sensitivity.

Ideal candidates are current graduate students or advanced degree seekers in Immunology, Biochemistry or Chemistry, with hands-on mass spectrometry experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Current graduate or advanced degree student in Immunology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field and in good academic standing.
• Enrolled at an accredited college/university for the duration of the co-op.
• Overall GPA 3.0+ (last quarter/semester) preferred.
• Major or minor in related field of co-op.
• Graduate/advanced students should have completed at least 9 credit hours at current college or university.
• Experience/knowledge of GLP/GCP environment developing, troubleshooting, and validating immunoaffinity LCMS workflows is desirable.
• Experience with mass spectrometry is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Investigate and expand microflow liquid chromatography for improved assay sensitivity.
• Communicate and defend own work, orally and in writing.
• Perform literature searches and present at external conferences.
