Job summary

Qualifications

• CT Teaching Certificate 061 or ability to qualify with appropriate endorsement(s).
• Certificate in Speech and Hearing from the State of Connecticut and CT licensure.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Clinical Fellowship candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Background checks required (federal and local).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Pre-employment requirements and start date prerequisites.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret student learning needs per IEPs.
• Plan, develop and evaluate programs to meet learning needs.
• Provide direct intervention through individual/small group instruction.
• Provide consultation to administrators, staff and parents; supervise SLPA(s).
